Pass not working?

Hello,

so i bought my 1h pass again for wireless internet with my cellphone, everything went ok, got my pass through text message etc.
But then to start surfing I first need to log in onto FON site, so i try logging in..keep getting the same error, server is currently unavailable, i had same problem yesterday, still i get charged for the internet while i can't even use it.
Fix it, help me, gif me info
