I can't register: no registration icon

Postby Timk » Tue Mar 22, 2011 6:10 pm

I have my Fon running well, with a good internet connection. However I am unable to register it. I login, using the 'admin' password, but it goes to a page with no registration button. It just says "this is the current status of your Fonera", with a number of pull down menu choices, none of which mention registration.
How can I register it?

If you PM me your e-mail and the s/n number and model of the router I'll check it's registration status in the system. Did you get it new or used?

I'm having the same problem as described above. I can't see the Register button only the online status. Could you post how you fixed this please?

Thanks,

Richard

Richard, you should also PM Ross your e-mail and the serial number and model, so he can sort things out for you.

I assume that both of you have a second-hand Fonera, or is any of them new?

Is there any chance of getting the fon.com in English, besides JUST the first page. I have no desire to work my way through 45 character words just because I am sitting in Germany. The first page is English, great but every time I click further it reverts to de stuff, which is very very very tedious to have to read. I have already written to the German providers but don't want to wait until next week as they probably have feierabend status right now and tomorrow only work four hours and then have a two day break to recover..... ;-)

Thank you for your understanding.
